No, you don’t have to be home while we clean. Many clients give us access to their space while they’re away, and we’re always respectful and mindful of your home. If you’d like to be there during the cleaning, that’s perfectly fine too!

The duration depends on the size of the space and the level of cleaning needed. For standard cleanings, we generally finish within 2-4 hours, but we’ll give you an estimated timeframe before we begin.

We understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll gladly work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
